I’m a certified life coach and I love helping anxious people show up calm and confident in their romantic relationships. I spent years spinning in “Is this actually right?”, “Am I settling?”, “Do I truly love my partner?” and hundreds of other questions.

I know all the pitfalls to healing: from the hopelessness to the uncontrollable overthinking to the “But is this really anxiety?” mode. I help my clients navigate healing so they spend less time in fear and more time aligned with love.
